At Think Forensic, we offer a range of workshops aimed at businesses on a range of topics. Each theme can be a standalone workshop, or a number condensed into a morning, afternoon, or full day session.

SOME OF THE TOPICS WE COVER INLCUDE:

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF SELLING

A forensic dissection of the buying process, and the decisions customers make. Learn how to easily influence people’s buying habits and how to qualify their objections.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

The way you and your staff talk to customers, and to each other, can make a real difference to your sales; in this workshop, you’ll learn all about effective communication.

BODY LANGUAGE

93% of how we communicate is non-verbal; being able to read people’s body language can give you the upper hand in sales meetings, for example, and many other similar situations.

CYBER SECURITY

As the world increasingly turns digital, common crimes tend not to be handbag snatching but hacking into websites and harvesting personal information. For any business, your commitment to your customers’ personal information is not just a legal requirement, but it could also spell disaster for your business’ reputation, should it be targeted. Simple safeguards and techniques may be the difference between leaving the door wide open to your information and closing it off to those looking to commit a digital crime. Whilst even the biggest companies struggle to fully protect themselves, in this workshop, you can learn the simple tricks that will deter hackers looking for easy access.

INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES

All our law enforcement professionals have been trained in specialist interview techniques; though you won’t be interrogating suspects, a good number of these skills can be put to good use when recruiting, for example, in appraisals, or when filtering customers’ needs.

WRITING FOR BUSINESS

The written word is as important today as it’s ever been, whether online or offline. Business communication and basic marketing techniques still need evocative, engaging content. What should you put in your C.V., and what’s a real no-no? How do you write for different audiences? In this workshop, you’ll learn how to write effective content that’s in context and appropriate, and which moves people to act.
